for fish orders (shipping not included). Books no minimum.
• All fish subject to prior

• No cash refund, credit will be given towards next order.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
• We will not sell fishes or other organisms to states
or provinces where they are
prohibited.
• Shipments are sent Air Freight,
Fed Ex Priority or delivered at our discretion.
• Boxes and heat packs are provided at no charge.

• A loss
duing shipping of less than 5% of the total order is an acceptable
loss -- no
credit will be issued.
• All valid DOA claims must be filed by phone within 24
hours after arrival. After 24
hours, no claims will be accepted for any reason.
• No cash refund! All dead fish will be replaced with the
same fish on the next order.
• Late payments will void all DOA claims.
*We are sorry
that we cannot guarantee fish from the following genera: Cyprichromis,
Enantiopus, Paracyprichromis, Xenotilapia, Stingrays and Discus.

All fish are measured using total length (TL): from tip of nose
to end of tail.
• Care should be taken when ordering small fish (1"
- 1.5") as these fish are smaller
than you may think.
• Our Hard Water fish are kept at a carbonate hardness
level of 13 KH. This is
different than general hardness.
• Be sure to acclimate fish slowly, as a quick change can
easily kill new fish.
• We will not replace fish that die due to poor water quality,
poor aquarium practices
or mistakes on your part. |
